We are a leading manufacturer of premium-quality V-Rings, also known as axial shaft seals, designed to protect rotating shafts and bearings from contaminants such as dust, dirt, water, and chemicals. Made from durable elastomers, our V-rings provide a reliable sealing solution in demanding industrial environments.

Key Features:

  • Effective Contaminant Exclusion: Prevents ingress of dirt, dust, moisture, and other contaminants.

  • Low Friction Operation: Operates with minimal contact pressure on the counter face, reducing wear and energy loss.

  • Self-Retaining Design: Fits directly on the shaft without requiring additional fastening components.

  • Versatile Installation: Can be used as a primary or secondary seal in a wide range of applications.

  • Material Options: Available in Nitrile (NBR), Fluoroelastomer (FKM/Viton®), EPDM, and Silicone depending on temperature and chemical exposure requirements.

Standard Types:

  • VA Type: Most common, for general-purpose sealing on smooth surfaces.

  • VS Type: With reinforced body for enhanced stability and resistance to centrifugal forces.

  • VL Type: Slim design for tight radial spaces.

  • VE Type: For heavy-duty applications requiring higher axial force retention.

Technical Specifications:

  • Shaft Diameter Range: 3 mm to 2000+ mm

  • Temperature Resistance:

    • NBR: -40°C to +100°C

    • FKM: -20°C to +200°C

    • Silicone: -60°C to +230°

🟪 PU Chevron Set (Polyurethane Chevron Packing Set)

A PU Chevron Set is a V-type sealing system made entirely or primarily from Polyurethane (PU). It is designed for high-pressure, dynamic sealing applications—especially in hydraulic cylinders where excellent abrasion resistance, elasticity, and longevity are required.

🔧 Description
  • Configuration:

    • Top Ring: Provides initial compression and protects the set from contamination.

    • Middle V-Rings (Sealing Rings): Made of PU in V-shape, each ring seals under pressure by expanding outward.

    • Bottom Ring (Support Ring): Acts as a guide and absorbs axial load.

  • Material: High-performance Polyurethane (PU), sometimes combined with fabric-reinforced elements for added strength.

⚙️ Technical Specifications
Property PU Chevron Set
Material Polyurethane (PU)
Hardness Typically 90–95 Shore A
Pressure Range Up to 400–500 bar
Temperature Range -40°C to +100°C (some grades to +120°C)
Speed Low to moderate dynamic speeds
Motion Reciprocating
Sealing Media Hydraulic oil, water-based fluids, air
Advantages
  • Excellent abrasion and wear resistance

  • High tear strength

  • Maintains elasticity under pressure

  • Good chemical resistance to hydraulic oils and greases

  • Longer service life than rubber-based sets

  • Handles shock loads and pressure spikes well

🛠️ Applications
  • Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders (construction, mining, steel plants)

  • Earthmoving equipment

  • Hydraulic presses

  • Marine and offshore hydraulics

  • Injection molding machinery

🔩 Installation Tips
  • Use proper tools to avoid damage to PU rings.

  • Ensure correct stack orientation: each V-ring must face the pressure side.

  • Use lubrication during assembly to prevent pinching or tearing.
